OMAD after breaking the fast
I successfully did 132 hours of fasting with probably less than 7 carbs a day, mostly it came from hung curd and bullet coffee. After 132 hours, I had pain in my back and legs, so I broke it with shallow fry eggplant and tindora which are low in carb. It was the same story of leg pain again. I have to evaluate which food is causing more leg pain. My legs are out of energy, whether it is due to keto-adaptation or varicose is not understood yet.
Recipe:
Make eggplant shallow fry by cutting the bigger size eggplant with ghee sprinkle water when required. Add peanuts at the end.
We have ordered supplements from Amazon, hopefully, I feel better after supplements.
