Riding the hunger waves

When you cross 24 hours of fasting and sleep will add another 8 to 10 hours to your fasting plan. If you skip 3 meals consider 36 hours of fasting done. Anyfasting beyond 16 hours is beneficial for the body. Just look at the video below to realize how much the body is getting benefitted.

As of now, I have reached 72 hours and if I get good 7 hours sleep with will make it close to 80 hours. Let's see if I can prolong further.

Recipe: Bell Pepper paneer fry

1. Paneer made from 1 lit milk
2. 1 bell pepper
3. Sauce from 2 medium-size Roma tomatoes
4. 1 tbsp Ghee
5. Spices and salt
6. One green chilli

Method:
1. Cut bell pepper lengthwise
2. Cut paneer into cubes
3. Add ghee to the pan
4. Once it is hot add mustard, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and ajwain (This helps in digestion)
5. Once is sputters add a dash of hing
6. Add curry leaves, cut green chilies
7. Add bell pepper and saute for couple of minutes.
8. Sprinkle some water and lower the heat.
9. While that is getting cooked, blend 2 tomatoes and add to the pan
10. In the end, add paneer, sprinkle water if it is getting burnt.
11. Add salt, mix all the ingredients inside and cover it with lid. Keep the heat to very low
12. Open after 5 mins the dish is ready to eat

Macros:
Carb Count: Bell pepper: 6 gms (sugar 4.2, fiber 2.1), Paneer 3.6 gms , Tomatoes - 0.8 gms (2 sugar and 1.2 dietery fiber)
Fat: Bell Pepper: 0.3 gms, paneer 29 gms fat, Ghee - 13 g
Protein: Paneer 22 gms

Couple tips:

To get relief from constipation: 2 tsp psyllium husk and 1 cup water mix and drink before going to bed.
Eat butter when you feel hungry mixed with salt.

Don't forget to do your yoga. Actually stretches will give more energy and it also kills 1 hours of your time while fasting.
